Job Description:
Join the compassionate team at Good Samaritan Health Center as a
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where we serve underserved
communities with a focus on holistic health and wellness. As a CNA,
you will support our mission by providing direct patient care to
promote recovery, comfort, and daily living. You will work under
the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN), ensuring that all patients receive the highest
standard of care tailored to their individual needs. Assist
patients with daily basic living activities such as bathing,
dressing, and eating. Monitor vital signs under the direction of a
nurse and report any significant changes. Record and maintain
accurate patient health data. Support the health care team with the
implementation of patient care plans. Provide emotional support to
patients and their families. Maintain a clean and safe environment
for all patients. Proficient in basic patient care techniques.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Capability to
operate medical equipment. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to handle delicate and complex
situations with compassion and discretion. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing
Assistant certification. CPR and First-Aid certifications.
