Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated Certified
Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare
professionals committed to our mission of providing holistic health
services to underserved communities. As a CNA at our center, you
will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, compassionate
care to our patients. Your work will directly contribute to our
goals of promoting wellness outcomes and making healthcare
accessible to all. Provide basic patient care under the direction
of nursing staff, performing duties such as feeding, bathing,
dressing, grooming, and moving patients. Record vital signs like
temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, and
report any significant changes in patients' condition. Assist with
medical procedures and other patient services as directed by the
healthcare team. Maintain patient hygiene and comfort by changing
bed linens and managing room cleanliness and organization. Support
patient mobility and activities in collaboration with physical
therapists or other healthcare professionals. Engage with patients’
families to inform them about care procedures and strategies.
Proficiency in vital signs monitoring. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Strong observational skills and attention to
detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant certification
(required). CPR/BLS certification (required).
