Radiology Tech Location: Bismarck, ND Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,110 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Profession: Radiology Technician Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Varied Day Shifts (Monday - Friday) Hours per Shift: 8 Hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: State licensure required Certifications: BLS, ARRT Must-Have: C-arm experience is required. Experience with fluoroscopy is preferred. Experience with portable imaging is necessary. Description: The department has 7 treatment areas available. Staff may be required to cover inpatient and outpatient areas, including the operating room and emergency room. Common types of imaging performed include a variety of studies for pediatric to geriatric patients. The workload consists of a busy operating room and high-volume emergency room cases, along with fluoroscopy procedures. The average number of scans/studies performed daily is between 70-80, with an additional 5-15 operating room cases. The department utilizes EPIC electronic medical records. Equipment in use includes OEC C-arms, Metronics O-arm, Fuji portable systems, and Siemens fluoroscopy units. There are supervisors and coordinators present during all day shifts. Radiologists are available on-site Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1630. After-hours imaging is handled by teleradiology services. IV starts are not required for this position. Shifts and schedules can vary, including 8-hour and 12-hour shifts throughout the week and on weekends. Weekday call is required, typically after the shift ends. Call during weekends occurs every third weekend, with starting times and varying shifts as scheduled. Response time for call duties is expected to be between 20 to 30 minutes. Holiday coverage may be required as needed. Scrubs are provided for staff. The orientation period comprises 1.5 to 2 weeks, including training on clinical procedures and the electronic medical record system. This role is part of a team-oriented environment that fosters collaboration and support among staff members. Candidates must adhere to a 50-mile radius rule regarding their employment status.
