8am or Aug 28, 8am - Aug 31, 8am; Sept 4, 8am - Sept 14, 8am; Sept
18, 8am - Sept 21, 8am or Sept 25, 8am - Sept 28, 8am; Oct 2, 8am -
Oct 12, 8am; Oct 16, 8am - Oct 19, 8am or Oct 23, 8am - Oct 26, 8am
or Oct 30, 8am - Nov 2, 8am; Nov 6, 8am - Nov 16, 8am; Nov 20, 8am
- Nov 23, 8am; Dec 18, 8am - Dec 28, 8am; Dec 4, 8am - Dec 7, 8am
or Dec 11, 8am - Dec 14, 8am. Ongoing coverage needed. Job Setting:
Clinic and Call Types of Cases: 1-3 patients daily; 15-20 patients
scheduled per day in the clinic with 2-3 in clinic procedures per
day; 3-4 scheduled and emergent surgical cases on surgery days with
typically 4 surgeries scheduled; rounding during the week on post
op patients and IP consults if on day call; procedures include
cystoscopy, cystoscopy and dilation Credentialing: 90 days;
requirements include completed credentialing application, ND
license, DEA license, supplemental documentation, case logs Minimum
Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified -
Preferred. Will accept Board Eligible providers if they are within
5 years from residency Licensure: North Dakota License - Highly
