Mindlance Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Turtle Lake,
North Dakota, 58575! ID: 75939499 Shift: 12H Nights eow, nights,
first to float Description: Unit : Medsurg*Required Certifications
Required: BLS, ACLSPreferred Certifications: PALS, TNCC*NO CLINICAL
INVOLVEMENT- Experience or 'Must have' skills: ER experience
PREFERRED, understanding of dementia, stroke, skin care geriatric
patient care- of Beds: 25 Critical Access Hospital (rural location)
- Ratios: team assignment - Common diagnoses/Types of patients:
mostly Geriatric population, general rehab post surgery, - How many
years of experience required?: 2 yrs - Previous Travel experience
required?: no - EMR: EPIC - Are RNs required to titrate drips?: no
(pump infusion) - Common titratable &/or set rate drips: N/A-
Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift? Yes - Does the charge nurse
take an assignment?: Team assignment, not individual assignments -
Are there nurse aids/patient care techs on this unit? Ratios?
Duties?: Nurse Aides / CNA on each shift - RT Equipment (Vents,
Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.) Patient managed CPAP only - Are RNs
required to do anything with RT Equipment besides troubleshoot?: no
- Are there tele/monitor techs on this unit?: telemonitor capacity,
no techs - Are RNs required to read their own strips?: no - Shifts
& Scheduling Details: 12 hours - Do you allow self-scheduling?
Block scheduling?: Yes - Weekend Requirement: every other - Holiday
Requirement: alternating - Is there Call or a Standby requirement?:
no - Floating Requirements: May be floated to ER based on
experience- Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs provided?: Scrubs, no
specific color - How many shifts of unit/department specific
orientation?: 3 shifts ( one department only)Radius Rule: 50 miles
AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any
facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or
Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).
Additional RTO will not be approved, including after
submissions.Updated: 3/14/24 Cancellation Policy:4 shifts per
contract; 3 shifts if contract is under 13 weeks Charting BSN
License to Trauma Level: Care Shift , nights, first to float
Required (AHA), BLS (AHA) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
