working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Turtle Lake, North Dakota, 58575! Job Title: Medsurg/ED Swing RN

Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights, every other weekend, first to
float Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: 2 years
License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: ER
experience preferred, understanding of dementia, stroke, skin care,
geriatric patient care Description: The position is for a
Medsurg/ED Swing RN with a focus on medical surgical nursing. The
unit provides care primarily for a geriatric population. Common
diagnoses include general rehabilitation post-surgery. The
nurse-to-patient ratios are managed through team assignments. There
is a charge nurse on each shift who will have a team assignment.
Nurse aides or patient care technicians are available on each shift
to assist. Patient management includes CPAP equipment. Registered
nurses are not required to do anything beyond troubleshooting with
respiratory equipment. There is no requirement for monitoring or
reading tele strips independently. Self-scheduling and block
scheduling options are available. Weekend and holiday requirements
are alternating. Floating to the emergency room may occur based on
experience. Scrubs are provided without a specific color
requirement. Additional time off is limited and must be
communicated upfront. Four shifts are allowed for cancellation per
