Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by health care providers. Monitoring patient health status and recording relevant data. Assisting with patient hygiene, feeding, and other daily activities. Collaborating with RNs and other medical staff to create a treatment plan. Communicating effectively with patients and their families, offering emotional and social support. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all patients and staff. Proficient in administering medications and maintaining records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong observational and problem-solving skills Knowledge of basic health care procedures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of practice CPR/BLS certification
