We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This role requires providing direct care to patients, assisting nursing staff, and supporting the daily operations of our health facility. A successful candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, diverse environment. Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, including but not limited to, bathing, grooming, feeding, and monitoring vital signs. Assist with medical procedures and documentation as required. Support patient ambulation, transfers, and positioning with safety and care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Record and report vital information on patient charts. Adhere to infection control protocols and other safety guidelines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Keen attention to detail and precision in conducting health care responsibilities. Knowledge of basic healthcare and hygiene standards. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate valid in the state of employment. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
