Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate and skilled Senior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in delivering exceptional care to underserved communities. In this role, you will support our mission of providing comprehensive healthcare services by ensuring that holistic health and wellness outcomes are achieved. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to administer patient care, support daily living activities, and contribute to a positive healing environment. Monitor and record vital signs, and report significant health changes to the overseeing nurse or physician Assist patients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and eating Administer medications as prescribed and oversee dietary restrictions Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas Educate and support patients and their families on health care needs, conditions, and options Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Support a team-oriented environment with other healthcare professionals Proficient in patient care and safety Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong observational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle physical workload Effective problem-solving and management skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification CPR certification preferred
