As a Senior CNA, you will work closely with medical staff to execute our healthcare programs with excellence and compassionate efficiency. Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, including bathing, feeding, and transporting patients Record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration, and report changes in patient's conditions Assist with medical procedures and other patient interventions as needed Engage and educate patients and their families on health care programs Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Train and mentor junior CNAs and adjunct healthcare staff Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in the use of medical software for patient care management Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to handle physically demanding tasks Knowledge of basic healthcare and patient care practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license CPR and First Aid certification
