Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate and experienced Lead Med Aide to join our team in delivering superior healthcare services to our community. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the medication administration process, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and enhancing patient care. This position requires a dynamic individual who can mentor and lead a team of medical aides, while ensuring that all patients receive the highest standard of medical assistance. Supervise and train medical aide staff in the administration of medications according to prescribed orders. Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust medication plans as necessary, in consultation with healthcare providers. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations related to medication administration and patient care. Maintain accurate records of medication distribution and patient responses. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support. Manage medication inventory and order supplies to ensure availability of necessary medication. Strong knowledge of medication types, interactions, and administration protocols. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. High proficiency in using medical software and maintaining meticulous records. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Medical Assistant is preferred. CPR Certification.
