This role is pivotal in managing medication administration, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care, and leading support staff in our efforts to promote holistic health outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medication management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for healthcare equity. Oversee the daily management of medication distribution and compliance. Train, supervise, and evaluate staff on medication administration protocols. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive resident care. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Adapt care protocols to meet the evolving needs of the community. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication management protocols. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs. Committed to patient confidentiality and ethical medical practices. Proficient in using medical records software.
