Good Samaritan Health Center invites qualified and passionate LPNs to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be crucial in implementing patient care plans, providing nursing care, and supporting our mission of better health for all. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide emotional support to patients and their families Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Clinical skills with attention to detail Compassion and patience Ability to work effectively in a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice CPR certified preferred
