Job Description:

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Lead Med Aide who will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and clinical support to nurses and physicians in providing critical healthcare services. Supervise and train medical aide staff on clinical procedures and policies. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Manage patient documentation and records with confidentiality and accuracy. Assist healthcare professionals with procedures and patient care. Coordinate patient schedules and manage communication with patients and families. Handle medical supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Monitor and report changes in patient conditions and safety concerns to healthcare providers. Lead initiatives for quality assurance and improvement in patient care. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in the use of medical software and patient management systems. Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required. CPR and BLS certification. Leadership or management training certifications highly desirable.
