Registered Nurse (RN) | Long-Term Care Location: Garrison, ND Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,056 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Long Term Care/SNF Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour day/night rotating Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Long Term Care License: Current nursing license required Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: Long Term Care experience Description: This position involves working in a Long Term Care facility. The unit consists of 26 beds for residents. The RN will act as charge nurse, administer medications, and perform wound care. Common diagnoses include heart disease, diabetes, and dementia. Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:10 during the day and 1:19 at night. No IVs or titratable drips are present in this unit. There are no telemetry monitors on-site. Registered Nurses are not required to attend team conferences. Physicians are available by phone on-call after hours. There are no rehabilitation beds; the focus is solely on Long Term Care. Physical therapy services may be utilized as needed. Social work services are designated. Respiratory therapy services are not available on-site. Oxygen therapy equipment, such as concentrators, is available. Medication dispensing is managed off-site. Shifts are 12 hours from 7 AM to 7 PM with no blocked schedules. Weekend work is required every other weekend. Holidays require availability every other major holiday. No floating among units is required. Clean and professional attire is expected. Unit-specific orientation will include 2-3 shifts. It is important to note that further scheduling requests will not be accommodated. Cancellation policies may apply for shifts during the assignment.
