Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Bismarck, ND Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,150 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Bismarck, North Dakota, 58501! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour Days Hours per Shift: 48 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: - Experience with surgical patients such as total joints, fractures, bariatric, urology, and general surgery. - Experience with medical patients such as CHF, CVA, SOB, and diabetic issues. - Ability to work in a floating capacity. Description: Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical specialty. This role requires providing care to a variety of surgical and medical patients. You will be expected to work 12-hour shifts on days, every other weekend, and be the first to float between units. The unit has a total of 61 beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night. Although RNs are not required to titrate drips, familiarity with CPAP, BiPAP, and hi-flow equipment is necessary. The unit is equipped with monitoring technology; monitors read strips, and RNs confirm. Floating to various MedSurg units will be a part of your responsibilities. Weekend and holiday shifts will be required on an alternating basis. There may be a call or standby requirement associated with this position. Scrub colors are flexible, allowing you to wear any scrub color of your choice.
