Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Bismarck, ND Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,674 to $1,868 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title RN (Registered Nurse), Med Surg City/State: Bismarck, North Dakota Shift: 12H Nights EOW, Nights, First to Float Contract Length: 91 weeks Start Date: 03/02/2026 Job Description: The RN will work in a Med Surg unit providing care to adult and geriatric patients with various medical conditions. The nurse will be responsible for general nursing duties and may be required to float to other Med Surg units as needed. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care for adult and geriatric patients with conditions such as strokes, hypertension, COPD, cellulitis, CHF, and more. Administer and titrate medications including Lasix and Heparin. Support BiPAP-stable patients and manage established trach care. Collaborate with the Charge Nurse and participate in unit-specific orientations. Participate in every other weekend duties as required. Requirements: Required: BLS, NIHSS certifications. Experience with trach and BiPAP preferred. Ability to float to other Med Surg units as necessary.
