Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a passionate and skilled
Regional Clinical Services Director to oversee clinical practices
and improve healthcare delivery across multiple sites within
underserved communities. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives
that enhance patient care, ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations, and integrate holistic health approaches into our
practices. Working closely with medical and administrative staff,
the Regional Clinical Services Director will play a critical role
in shaping our clinical strategies and maintaining our commitment
to high-quality healthcare with a community-focused approach.
Oversee clinical operations and program implementation across
multiple service sites. Develop and execute strategies to enhance
the quality of patient care. Ensure compliance with all federal,
state, and local regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare
leaders to integrate holistic practices into patient care. Manage,
train, and evaluate clinical staff to achieve excellence in
healthcare delivery. Lead quality assurance and process improvement
initiatives to meet health outcomes. Coordinate with community
leaders and other stakeholders to align health services with
community needs. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
healthcare management systems Knowledge of healthcare regulations
and accreditation standards Ability to implement clinical best
