Job Description ‘Walk-in Clinic’ - Pediatrician - Currently hours are 8am-7pm and NO weekends - Flexible schedule based on FTE - Currently staffed by pediatricians from their own clinic (4-hour shifts) – goal is to have our current pediatricians not cover the walk-in clinic anymore and just hire 2-3 pediatricians for the walk-in clinic only - 4-hour shifts – 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-7pm for current pediatricians - Location/clinic is in the “A” building (3 buildings total) - All 8 clinicians (6 physicians and 2 APPs) are rotating these shifts - 240 days = 11,000 visits - Average of 45 visits/day / 15’ish per 4-hour shift - Variability for the season - Lucrative compensation – guarantee of $300,000 with upscale potential - wRVU production model - $100,000 incentive/retention loan, forgiven over 4 years (partial paid at signing and partial paid at commencement of employment) This healthcare system has ND locations in Bismarck, Dickinson, Mandan, Minot, and Watford City.
