Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a Regional Clinical Services Director to lead our healthcare initiatives across multiple facilities focusing on underserved communities. This position is pivotal in managing clinical standards, operational efficiency, and the implementation of medical practices that promote holistic health and wellness outcomes. The successful candidate will oversee clinical team leaders, coordinate healthcare services, and drive strategic initiatives that adhere to our commitment to high-quality care. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programs and initiatives Oversee clinical standards and ensure compliance with health regulations Manage clinical team leaders across multiple facilities Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate healthcare services Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Design training programs for staff development and retention Prepare and monitor the budget of healthcare services Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare management systems and compliance requirements Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into action Skilled in change management and operational efficiency Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license preferred Certified in Healthcare Management (e.g., CHM or FACHE)
