Join Good Samaritan Health Center as our Regional Clinical
Services Director, where your expertise in healthcare management

underserved communities. In this pivotal role, you will oversee
clinical operations and staff across multiple facilities, ensuring
the delivery of high-quality care and the effective implementation
of innovative health and wellness programs. Your strategic
leadership will guide our centers towards exceptional healthcare

and integrity. Oversee daily operations of clinical services across
multiple sites. Develop and implement policies and procedures that
align with organizational goals and comply with healthcare
regulations. Manage, mentor, and expand teams to ensure optimal
delivery of clinical services. Monitor and optimize financial
performance of clinical departments, including budgeting and
resource allocation. Lead the integration of new healthcare
technologies and programs to enhance patient care. Collaborate with
other healthcare and administrative leaders to foster
interdisciplinary approaches to patient wellness. Ensure compliance
with healthcare regulations and maintain accreditation standards.
Evaluate patient care procedures and outcomes, initiating
improvements and interventions as necessary. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Expertise in healthcare management systems
Proficiency in regulatory and accreditation standards Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage budgets
and financial resources In-depth knowledge of healthcare technology
