Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated Nursing
Manager to lead our healthcare team. This pivotal role involves
overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care
for our underserved communities. You will collaborate with
multidisciplinary health teams to foster an environment of holistic
health and wellness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for
community health, strong leadership skills, and the ability to
manage multiple priorities in a dynamic nonprofit setting. Manage
and oversee the nursing staff and daily operations of our health
care services. Develop and implement nursing policies and
procedures that comply with medical and professional standards of
care. Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care while
maintaining cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Participate in the recruitment, training, and professional
development of nursing staff. Monitor compliance with health and
safety guidelines and uphold the center's values and ethics.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient
care and integrate community health initiatives. Lead quality
assurance efforts and continuous improvement in patient care and
health outcomes. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities In-depth
knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical laws Proficient in
using healthcare management software and medical records systems
Compassionate and effective communicator Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Certification in Nursing
Management preferred (i.e., NE-BC or CNML)
