Job Description:

Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Manager to join our dynamic team. We are dedicated to improving the health outcomes of underserved communities through comprehensive and holistic healthcare services. The Nursing Manager will be instrumental in leading our nursing staff and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring staff adherence to highest standards of care. Develop and implement nursing department policies and procedures consistent with state and federal regulations. Manage patient care planning and coordination to optimize health outcomes. Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and continuous quality improvements. Manage departmental budget and resources efficiently. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in healthcare management systems and patient care software. Ability to handle high stress environments and make critical decisions. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in healthcare management or leadership preferred.
