Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a dedicated Nursing Manager
to lead our nursing staff and oversee daily operations within our
healthcare facility. Our center provides targeted healthcare

responsible for managing all nursing operations, including staff

healthcare regulations. Your leadership will ensure our commitment
to delivering high-quality and comprehensive healthcare services.
Manage and oversee the nursing staff and daily operations of the
facility. Develop and implement nursing department budgets and
operational plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws,
regulations, and standards. Coordinate with healthcare
professionals to maintain high standards of patient care. Develop
strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes. Lead
recruitment, training, and professional development of nursing
staff. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work
environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in healthcare
management systems and electronic health records Ability to develop
and manage budgets Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
accreditation standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) credential preferred
