Cath Lab Tech Location: Bismarck, ND Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,986 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist Profession: Cath Lab Technologist Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: M-F Hours per Shift: 10 hours (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) plus call 1-2 days per week and every third weekend Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience License: Required for specific certifications Certifications: BLS, RCIS or ARRT Must-Have: - Experience with panning and/or scrubbing in procedures, majority of the role is panning. - Familiarity with IABP, Impella, Shockwave, Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro, and 4-port manifold preferred. - Experience with IV starts is preferred but not mandatory. - Proficiency in EPIC & Philips Xper (Hemo), Siemens C-Arm, and related equipment preferred. Description: Clienttion Badge must be provided prior to start. The Cath Lab consists of three labs with an average of four cases per day. Common patient diagnoses include emergent revascularization, left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, and peripheral diagnostic/interventional procedures. Job duties include scrubbing in and/or panning, and IV starts. An intensivist MD is in-house 24/7 to provide support. Charge nurses are available on each shift, and they take assignments. The team lead manages scheduling, which is posted 17 days in advance for six weeks at a time. Weeknight call hours are from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM, 1-2 days per week. Weekend call is required every third weekend, covering from Friday to Monday morning. Holiday call requirements are every other holiday. Call response time is expected within 20 minutes. Floating may be required to assist in related areas as needed. Scrub color and dress code will be provided. Lead will be provided, and candidates should bring their own lock for the locker along with hospital-designated shoes. Additional time off requests should be limited to seven days or less per contract duration. Additional time off after submission will not be approved.
