Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical
Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State
License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May
Be Required from AHA or ARC Licensed Physical Therapist in North
Dakota 2 years previous experience as a Physical Therapist strongly
preferred Current driver's license required and car available to
travel to patient's home Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital
