Ideally, we are looking for a passionate, superstar Chiropractor who is a team player, to join us in our Associate position or as our Clinic Director. We offer growth opportunities with a potential partnership available within 6-12 months for the right person in our brand new 6000 sq ft practice. Duties: Patient Exam/Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent records/imaging Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine Take and interpret X-rays Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation Chiropractic patient care- Manual Adjustments, Diversified, QSM3/Upper Cervical, MC2, TRT, Thompson Drop, Activator Method, Websters Technique, evidence-based treatments, modalities, rehab exercises, and therapy Patient education on the exam findings, the benefits of routine chiropractic care, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, supplementation, and home exercises Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records Re-exams for progress checks, adjustments, and ensure you’ve met patient and treatment goals Collaborating and communicating with colleagues, CA’s and administrators for comprehensive patient care Promoting wellness chiropractic to our patients and the community at large, Participating in practice promotion and marketing events Ensure patient retention is increased, along with PVA, pt visits, and collections show steady and sustained grow Assist with the direction of weekly Dr’s meetings Ensure Doctor and Patient flow is optimized Ensure Patient relationships, referrals, retention, and results are all vastly improved. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC) Chiropractic license in ND Schedule: Full time Salary (range): Doctors earning $100-$150k in their first or second year with higher levels realistically achievable.
