Job Description North Dakota community of over 70,000 is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiovascular Surgeon to join their team. Join a team of 3 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers who provide care for one of the most progressive heart programs in the country. Team is prepared to mentor a new graduate or welcome and experienced surgeon. Full spectrum of cardiothoracic care excluding transplantation. Large volume of vascular and endovascular procedures. Experience not necessary. Hospital Employee . WRVU production incentives. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, Malpractice, Disability. $975,000 two year salary guarantee . $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details). Well-developed structural heart disease program (TAVR) 10 or less call days per month, 1 weekend per month.
