ID: 74199330 Shift: 8, 10H Days M-F 0700-1530 call, Team lead to make scheduling, posted 17 days prior- for 6 weeks at Description: Unit Notes:Radiation Badge must be supplied and in hand prior to start Department: Cath Lab RN*Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS*PROFILE REVIEWMANAGER INTERVIEW - of suites/labs 3 labs- cases per day on average 6 per day- Common diagnoses/Types of patients Emergent Revascularization, LHC, RHC, ATK Peripheral Diagnostic/Interventional, Cardioversion, TEE, Devices, Pericardiocentesis, Temporary Pacemaker, EVAR, PFO- Job Duties SCRUB DUTIES ONLY: 4 man team- Experience or 'Must have' skills This is a Scrub Role and Panning is completed by a Rad Tech at the end of the table. Experience with STEMI s including use of IABP, Impella, Shockwave (preferred), Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro, 4 port manifold\"- EMR/Equipment EPIC & Philips Xper (Hemo), Siemens C-Arm, IABP, Impella, Shockwave, Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro- Cardiologist hours/on call \"Intensivist MD In house 24/7 MD for Cardiology on Call after hours but available 24/7- Is there a manager/Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment? 1-2 Team Leads on every day- Shifts & Scheduling: M-F 0700-1530 call, Team lead to make scheduling, posted 17 days prior- for 6 weeks at a time, ability to be flexible in looking at 4-10hr shifts instead of 5-8s - Weeknight/Call Requirements 1 day per week (weeknight call hours are 3:30p-7a, Mon - Thurs)- Weekend/Call Requirements every third weekend on call, (from Friday-to Monday morning, weekend call is 24hr and Monday night 3:30pm - 7am)- Holiday/Call Requirements every other- What is call response time? 20 minutes response- Scrub Color/Dress Code provided, dedicated work shoes, will provide lead if travelers do not have- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation? One week-Additional Notes: Lead will be provided, bring your own lock for locker and hospital designated shoes Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).
