Medicine – Walk-In Clinic (Urgent Care) Bismarck, ND Join the

teamwork. An Essentia Health Primary Care Physician leads a
collaborative Care Team of NP's, PA's, Nurses, and ancillary staff.
Utilizing Essentia Care Processes, physicians improve the overall
health of patients by providing acute, chronic, and preventive
healthcare. In the role of an Essentia Health Walk-In clinic
provider, you will open the door to new and established patients,
offering an exceptional experience and high-quality care. PRACTICE
SPECIFICS Full time is 40 patient contact hours per week, seeing an
average of 20-25 patients per day. Flexible scheduling with 6, 10
or 12-hours shifts. Weekend and holiday shifts are 4 hours. 4 MDs
and 2 APPs on staff; with variability at each location. Providers
diagnose and treat a wide range of chronic and acute problems such
as URIs, UTIs, lacerations, DVTs, lesions, environmental exposures,
heart attacks, strokes, hypertension, and diabetes. Opportunity to
care for patients with unique cultural backgrounds ranging from
newborn to centenarians. Lab and advanced imaging such as CT, MRI
and ultrasound are available in the 9th Street Clinic. Access to
numerous Medical/Surgical specialties locally within Essentia
Health's network. REQUIREMENTS BC/BE in Family Medicine LOCATION
Central North Dakota. Bismarck is the second-most populous city in
the state after Fargo. Bismarck/Mandan population: 133,626 based on
the 2020 census. Bismarck is ranked by Forbes magazine as the
seventh fastest-growing small city in the United States. Situated

numerous community activities. COMPENSATION $300,317. Hired
candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in
the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based
