Assignment Details Setting: Inpatient Trauma Level: Level 2 Shifts: 24-hour call Duties: Provide call coverage FTE: 0.4 EMR: Epic Support Staff: RN Reason for Coverage: Shortage of hired providers Volume Average Admissions per Day: 1 Average ICU Patients per Day: 1 Average Callback Hours: 2.5 hours Schedule 03/12 (7:00 AM) – 03/23 (7:00 AM) Possible ongoing coverage Credentialing Credentialing Type: Temporary Emergency Privileges: Possible Credentialing at Other Facilities: No Requirements Board Certified (or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency) – REQUIRED State License: IMLC accepted (LOQ in hand at submission) – REQUIRED BLS & DEA – REQUIRED Malpractice History: Clean preferred Travel Lodging: Will consider all Air Travel: Will consider all Interested?
