Department Details Schedule procedures for Bismarck interventional
radiology and cardiology departments. Work closely with providers,
nurses, technologists, and ancillary staff for planning of
procedures and follow up appointments. Daily tasks include, but are
not limited to: scheduling and coordinating procedures, scheduling
clinic appointments, prior authorization, registration review,
pre-procedure preparation with the patient, and assisting with
patients in the clinical setting. *Please note: This is NOT a
remote eligible position. Must be located in the Bismarck area to
be eligible. Job Summary Serve as Sanford systems administrator for
both in-house and outpatient scheduling which includes
responsibility for the maintenance, security, teaching and
analytical recovery offered by the scheduling system. Schedule
procedures for Bismarck interventional radiology and cardiology
departments. Work closely with providers, nursing, technologists,
and ancillary staff for planning of procedures and follow up
appointments. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
scheduling and coordinating procedures, scheduling clinic
appointments, prior authorization, registration review,
pre-procedure preparation with the patient, and assisting with
patients in the clinical setting. Qualifications Graduate from a
nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not
limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE),
Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and
National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education
Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of
Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess
multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific
