Our established physical therapy clinic in Minot needs an experienced Physical Therapist to step into an interim Clinic Director role. While structured as an interim role, we're open to discussing long-term opportunities for the right candidate who excels in the position.You’ll also have the freedom to work 40 hours a week in a 4 or 5 day work week. We need someone who can walk in Day 1 and immediately: - Provide exceptional patient care as the primary PT. - Manage daily operations and clinic workflows. - Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards. - Build relationships with referring physicians. Qualifications: Requirements: Your Ideal Background - Licensed Physical Therapist in North Dakota (or ability to obtain) - 3 years of clinical experience - Previous supervisory, management, or leadership experience preferred - Comfort working independently with full support from our exceptional leadership team.
