Experience: --- 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months. --- Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission). --- This role may require floating to additional units and locations --- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live > 50 miles from facility to be submitted.--- COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted. --- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Guaranteed Hours 36 Manager to make schedule, will consider blocked schedule based on unit needs. Weekend and Holiday Requirements: Every other Floating Requirements: All areas as helping hands, PCU for full patient load of PCU, MS for full patient assignment, some ER Holds/ boarding - First to float Beds: 32 Nurse Patient Ratios: 1:4-5, occasional 5-6 on nights, PCU level care overflow on the unit 1:3 Common diagnosis / Types of patients: adults and geriatrics, Cardiac caths, EP studies, pacers, and ETOH, Covid BiPap, occasional general surgical with heart history, medical patients with cardiac history, pneumonia covid, acute on chronic conditions, influenza, sepsis Experience or 'Must have' skills Tele/ cardiac RN wanted with PCU experience Are RN's required to titrate drips?: Yes - Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Amio, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, Nipride, Lasix, (low dose Dopamine), No Levo Must be able to read strips Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions. Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs Provided? any color scrubs 1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission Driver's license required for submission Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
