• Certification Details
• ACLS required for ICU, PCU, NICU, Labor and Delivery - please check UD or JD to determine if required for other applicable units.
• BLS required for all RN, LPN, PT, OT, Poly, RT positions - please check UD or JD to determine if required for other applicable units.
• PALS is required for applicable units - please check UD or JD to determine if required for other applicable units.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure as required - please check UD or JD to determine if required for other applicable units.
• MLT/MT's/HT - ASCP or Equivalent Registration required
• Sleep Tech/Polysonographer - RPSGT Registration required
• Respiratory Therapist - NBRC Registration required
• Sleep Tech/Polysonographer - ND Poly or RT License Registration required
• Respiratory Therapist - ND license required
• NURSYS Verification required for RN, LPN/LVN, AP
• NIH Stroke Certification required within 1 year of start, except for those reporting to Homes or Clinic - update annually.

  • Responsible for the organization according to regulatory standards and daily operation and supervision of staff in their respective area.
  • Oversee day to day operation within the department, including quality control and compliance with CAP and CLIA regulations.
    • Job Requirements
    • RECENT SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
    • ASCP or Equivalent preferred (NHA)
    • BA/AS in biological or chem science preferred
    • High School Diploma Required
    • 3 Years of lab-related experience preferred
