• Certification Details
• ACLS required for ICU, PCU, NICU, Labor and Delivery
• BLS required for all RN, LPN, PT, OT, Poly, RT positions
• PALS is required for applicable units
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure as required
• Tech Cert Verification - MLT/ MT's/ HT, Sleep Tech/Polysomnographer, Respiratory Therapist - registrations required
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required
• State License 1 Verification for Sleep Tech/Polysomnographer and Respiratory Therapist
• NURSYS Verification required for RN, LPN/LVN, AP
• NIH Stroke Certification required within 1 year of start
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required
• Competency Exam required
