Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health
and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness

Responsibilities
Assesses, researches, coordinates/facilitates, implements, and
evaluates educational and professionaldevelopment programs,
services and systems as established by CHI Health nursing division
and/orcampus leadership.2. Acts as role model, clinical nursing
expert, change agent, mentor, and leader to the campus and
CHIHealth nursing division.3. Serves as a consultant for
organizational, divisional, and system initiatives and program
developmentas related to nursing practice.4. Actively seeks out
evidence based practice and findings and applies to clinical
excellence and education.5. Provides clinical expertise and
leadership to quality improvement initiatives.6. Coordinates and
facilitates nursing transitions to practice and ongoing
professional developmentthrough support of central onboarding,
clinical orientation, nurse residency, fellowships,
competencyassessment, and preceptor and mentor programs.7.
Contributes to the development and maintenance of educational tools
and resources, integrating adultlearning theories, organizational
development principles and system approach.
