Responsibilities
Sign On Bonus $5,000! CHI St. Alexius is looking for a Full Time Clinic RN to join the Neurosurgery team! Clinic RNs with CHI St. Alexius function as a vital member of the healthcare team who contr ibutes to the success by demonstrating customer/patient focus, effective communication, professionalism, and teamwork. This individual will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care provided to patients and their families within a fast paced clinic enviroment. What you'll do:

• Accountable for all Registered Nurse duties and responsibilities as well as the following duties and responsibilities.
• Demonstrates knowledge of clinic standards of care, staff competencies, and individual patient care needs
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including care coordination, physicians, and management, using and promoting effective communication strategies to meet clinic needs.
• Actively role models and coaches the behaviors associated with leadership and assist others in developing their skills and knowledge.
• Successfully completes the defined job specific competencies, including competencies for age specific, as appropriate. Skills: Demonstrates ability to organize personnel assignments and activities for others for the overall benefit of the clinic. Working knowledge of clinical skills in delivery of patient care.   Qualifications
  Education: Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing Licensure: Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state.
  Pay Range
  $26.14 - $36.92 /hour
