Position Description: General Duties:
Med Surg Nursing, Adult population, Infusion Therapy, Oncology/Chemo. Oncology experience required.

Equipment:
EMR going EPIC. Pyxis, PCA pumps, CADD pumps and Alaris Smart Pumps

Skills required:
2 years experience. IV Skills

License/Certs:
BLS, ND or Compact License. Chemo Certification required.

Schedule:
10 hour days, 4 days a week. 0700-1730 or 0730-1800. Monday thru Friday
Rotating Saturdays 0730-12 noon

Bed Size:
18 beds - Infusion Center

Patient Ratio:
1:5

Dress Code:
Blue uniform. ID Badge

Orientation Program:
Work along with another RN preceptor for a few shifts. Skills Labs - pumps, infusion controls, safe patient movement and codes.
Comments: 40 hours guaranteed: 10 hour days, 4 days a week. 0700-1730 or 0730-1800. Monday thru Friday at the Infusion Center at Bismarck Hospital
Rotating Saturdays 0730-12 noon
Oncology experience is a must
Chemo certification is a must

Hospital Rate: $126.00 regular, $136.00 OT/Holiday
Agency Rate: $119.70 regular, $129.20 OT/Holiday

Name of Position Requirements
- BLS - Must be AHA
- ND or Compact License, list in comments
- 2 years experience
- Infusion Therapy experience - highly preferred, but not required
- IV Skills
- Willing to work weekends
- Willing to float to other Med Surg units
