Pediatrics opening in Bismarck, North Dakota. This and other physician jobs brought to you by DocCafe.com A clinic in North Dakota needs an additional pediatrician due to growth. This position is primarily outpatient with some nursery coverage as most of the nursery is handled by the hospitalists. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, or 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. After the 1st year, you can choose from a 4.5- or a 5 -day workweek. Weekend coverage rotation is 1:5 and shared with anther pediatrician in town. The incoming specialist can expect to see 18 to 21 patients per day on average. Final year residents are welcome to apply. This employed position offers a guaranteed salary the 1st year, then it is a combo of production with no cap on income. You will also receive a retention loan for 1 to 2 years that can be used for loan repayment, relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, medical/dental (they cover 79% of the premium for family), 20 days of PTO the 1st year, 3 to 4 days of CME and a $10K stipend, a 401(k) retirement plan with match and profit sharing, and paid malpractice coverage.
