:**What will you do**This Product Data Analyst is a hands-on role
and would work with an innovative team that includes data
architects, data engineers, and solution engineers to bring
foundations to a new company that is managing complex data systems.
Technically, this role is focused on end-to-end data, and the
platforms and data and technology products that grow the business.
This role is also about the adoption of data science/data &
analytics within the organization, and creating opportunities for
collaboration, change management, and, ultimately, industry
leadership.As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization,
reporting to the Director, Data & Analytics, this role will include
direct reports and be responsible for data integration,
harmonization, and curation of highly diverse data formats and very
large data sets to support enterprise data science and analytics
products. The candidate will engage with internal and external data
providers, and do hands-on design, prototyping, and building of
data access architecture and access patterns with the goal of
effective design and high reusability. They will develop a keen
understanding of data & analytics DataOps challenges and factor
these into decisions and recommendations for next-generation
delivery which drive business value or key organizational outcomes.
Additionally, the Sr. Data Ops Manager will help shape overall
technology architecture, oversee technical delivery, and benchmark
against industry best practices to optimize shared business
outcomes. This role supports an enterprise data & technology group
where business and technology partners work together to manage
digital product offerings with their supporting
platforms.**Responsibilities**+ Work with Business Technology
partners to understand business needs, shape solution architecture,
and propose solution delivery while staying on top of
industry-leading best practices bringing them to the attention of
the leadership team for innovative applications+ Establish and
monitor metrics aligned to business strategy, interpreting and
responding to data with product recommendations+ Develop solution
design in line with the overall business strategy and Technology
Service's roadmap+ Ensure delivery against agreed-upon SLAs and
overall service delivery of operational activities+ Accountable for
the reliability, scalability, and availability of the end-to-end
Supply Chain and cross-functional platforms+ Design & build DataOps
capabilities that take advantage of advanced technology and
architecture to deliver data-driven insights and solutions+ Perform
deep-dive research on missed SLAs. Partner with the vendor to drive
continuous improvement resulting in improved service and/or lower
cost+ Build an outstanding working relationship with all
application development teams for all capabilities that fit the
development strategy+ Drive automation to reduce tickets and
eliminate human error+ Collaborate for release management with the
operational release management teams and release train engineers
for the different application components and platforms used and via
this route lead a release plan and calendar+ Act as a consultant to
other teams, challenge the status quo, market the team's products,
and provide technical leadership in the Data Operations space+
Understand and articulate the benefits of reusable patterns and
products developed by the team to potential adopters+ Responsible
for Capacity Lifecycle in conjunction with Infrastructure to
analyze, tune & implement capacity as needed. Perform application
sizing, plan & optimizeThe anticipated base pay range for this
position is $113,000 USD to $195,500 USD. The compensation and
benefits information set forth in this posting applies to
candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the
United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in
accordance with their local market.**Qualifications****What we are
looking for**+ A minimum of Bachelors degree in a
technology-related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
or commensurate hands-on experience+ A minimum of 3 years of
related experience in data engineering, data profiling/analysis,
data warehouses, and data lakes. Specialist understanding and
experience in methodologies like data warehousing, data
visualization, and data integration.+ Solid experience with Azure
data warehousing and related technologies (Databricks, ADF, SQL DW,
Power BI, ADLS, etc.) or other Cloud Data warehousing services.+
Expert at ETL and ELT strategies for both unstructured and
structured data to allow efficient analytics and modeling+ Proven
experience developing data ingestion patterns for enterprise-scale
data lakes or data mesh technologies+ Experience with DevOps,
Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery. Developing and
deploying pipelines preferred+ Proven track record of working in
collaborative teams to deliver high-quality data solutions in a
multi-developer agile environment following design & coding
standard methodologies+ Outstanding SQL skills and experience
performing deep data analysis on multiple database platforms+
Experience with Data Mesh and Data Fabric paradigms is a definite
plus+ Excellent written and oral communication skills+ Act as a
Coach and Mentor to drive Automation, DevOps, and industry best
