Public Consulting Group (PCG) seeks a Program Manager, Case
Management to help states and school districts improve student
outcomes, district policies, collaboration with families, and
instructional practice through EDPlan, the most-used case
management solution in the United States.The Program Manager is an
experienced special education educator/ administrator who will
actively build and foster relationships and will manage a focused
portfolio of clients. The Program Manager will positively impact
some of our nations most vulnerable student populations and support
PCGs continual growth as a leader in special education and
intervention management.The Program Manager, Case Management will
focus her/his time and energy to help states and schools ensure
compliance, implement and monitor improvement strategies, and solve
complex education problems. The successful candidate will provide
local leadership, vision, and direction to a team of educators and
functional teams who implement and support PCG projects and
technologies.This position is mostly remote, and very flexible with
respect to location, with occasional need to meet onsite with
clients and participate in PCG events as needed. The portfolio of
projects for this Program Manager are within the northeast United
States.ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities will include:
- Provide strategic leadership, vision, and daily team
supervision in the design and delivery of industry leading special
education technologies and professional services across a focused
portfolio of clients and services;
- Lead the development and fulfilment of project team goals
related to the design and delivery of professional development and
technical assistance in support of PCGs case management tools
(EDPlan) and other related client services;
- Provide insight and guidance to PCG staff members and clients
in leveraging data to improve policies, programs and
instructional/service delivery in schools and districts; and
- Lead the development and maintenance of a regional product
roadmap and provide day to day management in the development and
delivery of web-based solutions.
- Train and coach PCG team members in the topics and issues
related to education compliance, best practice in
instruction/service delivery, and policy - continually keeping
staff members up to speed on current trends across the nation and
assigned regional territory;
- Participate in the development and dissemination of special
education-related white papers, reports, guidance documents,
procedure manuals, training materials, and other written materials
for clients and the firm;
- Advise and support PCG staff members and clients in PCG'S
delivery of special education operations and policy reviews;
- Support business development activities across a specific
region, in close partnership with a focused business development
team, identifying opportunities to further help schools,
participation in proposals, demonstrations, strategic client
conversations
- Actively participate in firm-wide initiatives and national
conferences, sharing best practices, strategies, and helping
position PCG as the premier education solutions
providerQualificationsRequirements The ideal candidate will bring
3+ years of experience in a school setting with demonstrated
success and a strong reputation as an exceptional special education
classroom teacher, service provider, and/or administrator. Further,
the ideal candidate for this specific position will exhibit deep
understanding of policy issues and trends that affect special
education within the assigned region.
- Must possess a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in education, or a
related field of expertise;
- Must exhibit a positive, can-do attitude in tackling complex
and persistent problems affecting schools and communities;
- Must exhibit a working knowledge of PCGs EdPlan solution or
similar web-based special education software in supporting special
education delivery in diverse school settings;
- Must possess exceptional oral and written communication
skills;
- Experience as a supervisor is desired; and
- Demonstrated experience creating and growing innovative

for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide
array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office
location, role, skill set, and level of experience.As required by
applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of
compensation for this role: $49,853 - $113,630.In addition, PCG
