ICFs IT Modernization division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven department, seeking a motivated Senior Program Manager to support upcoming needs with our federal customers. The successful candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of technical project management best practices. The role is a significant position that involves working with customers and other stakeholders by developing and implementing solutions in a complex, highly dynamic environment.The successful candidate will support on-the-ground teams within multiple agencies DOS, FCC, and SBA to deliver successfully and develop and refine key sales enablement activities such as include call plan development, capability statements and presentations, white paper development, RFI response preparation, and Capability Offering development.This is a remote position but must be in the DC area due to frequent visits to multiple agencies within the area.Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Works with government stakeholders, plans, and manages documents, analyze functional requirements, identifies gaps, and identifies alternative approaches to meet requirements.
  • Partner with PSGs Chief Strategy Officer and group account leads to understand client needs and market trends, highlight ICF differentiators and identify and market solutions and capabilities to address emerging market demands with high growth potential.
  • Facilitate strategic conversations across ICF Divisions to develop a holistic solution for customers needs bringing together the best of ICFs capabilities
  • For specific emerging client programs, conduct gap analyses of ICF capabilities against requirements and identify solutions to fill those gaps
  • Collaborate closely with business owners to ensure enhancements satisfy the required needs of the business and campus.
  • Manage status update meetings and communicate to external timelines and impacts of new initiatives to team members.
  • Manage time and expectations of multiple projects and team members
  • Identify and communicate downstream impacts of enhancements or major projects to other teams /departments that may be impacted.
  • Work well in a collaborative environment to complete requirements.
  • Work closely with the Organizational Readiness team to ensure proper communications and training materials are updated as major enhancements are planned to be released into production.
  • Work with business owners and technical leads with resolving production support issues that arise in the application.
  • Play a key role in leading and executing functional user acceptance testing with guidance from the project teams. Position Requirements:
    • 15+ years of work experience in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • 5+years of experience managing at least two major projects of six months or more
    • 5+years of experience with developing white papers, capability presentations, and RFI responses
    • 5+years of understanding the general organization of the U.S. Government, budgeting, and procurement processes
    • 5+years of experience with leading and managing web applications
    • 5+years of a strong understanding of ServiceNow, Appian, AWS, Azure, or Google cloud, technologies
    • 5+years of expertise with Agile Scrum methodology.
    • 5+years of advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suites
    • U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
    • MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
    • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
    • Bachelor's degree in the technology field or business administrationPreferred skills:
      • Certified Scrum Master preferred.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final salary for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The salary range for Colorado is - $118,089.00-$200,751.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
