To learn more, visit www.publicconsultinggroup.com . **Responsibilities****Duties & Responsibilities:** Responsible for the administrative management of a professional services team of 30 individuals including:+ Assistance with and oversight of the bid submission process:+ Assistance with scheduling meetings, coordinating material consolidation, aligning with diverse project team+ Assistance with contracting process: liaising with Legal and Compliance personnel+ Assistance with coordinating with clients during contracting process+ Assistance with project oversight and operations: developing invoices from centralized billing system, tracking financial metrics (billable hours, project profitability)+ Assisting with team culture management: helping to organize staff trainings, regular team meetings, ensuring proper management hygiene for staff management+ Assistance with hiring and onboarding of new staff**Qualifications****EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree required**EXPERIENCE:** Experience in a similar role preferredPrior experience in professional services preferred**Required Skills:** + Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities+ Strong oral and written communication skills.+ Strategic interpersonal thinker and relationship manager.+ Self-starter, assertive, and enthusiastic.**\#LI Remote** **EEO Statement****EEO Statement:** Public Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to celebrating diversity and intentionally creating a culture of inclusion.
