$28-35/hr Monthly Commission Opportunity OT Sign On (up to $3k) Mon-Fri Schedule | Weekends Guaranteed Off Safety-Kleen in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver . This role will train to drive a Class B box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines, pick up containerized hazardous waste, and sell products/services in a defined route. Focus on maintaining sustainability and cleaning the Earth Offering $28-35/hr Monthly Commission Opportunity Sign On (up to $3k) OT Perks Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment including 401K with Company match Own part of the company with our Employee Stock Purchase Plan Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career Company paid training and tuition reimbursement RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner May visit 10-12 customer sites per day Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions Service parts washer machines and clean out sediment from sinks Up-sell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field Service automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing type businesses Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pick-ups in a timely manner Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: Class B CDL Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment Basic computer and math skills Good written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills Perform physical functions per job requirements Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position Per OSHA’s Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.134, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards.
