You’ll Do: Handle remodels and home repairs with professionalism

Lead or assist on-site crews, depending on your level Continue to
develop your skillset in every aspect Communicate with clients,
teammates, and leadership like a pro What You Bring: 3 years in
remodeling, construction, or skilled trades Solid experience with
tools, measurements, and materials A team-first attitude and the
ability to lead or learn You show up early, stay organized, and
