Responsibilities: -Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority -Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy -Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC -Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned -Exterior structural maintenance as needed -Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed -Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system Requirements: -2 years of HVAC experience required -CPO Certification preferred -High school diploma or equivalent -2 years experience in the maintenance field -Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience -Light plumbing and electrical experience -Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers -Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process) Benefits and Compensation (for full-time employees): - Competitive pay ($20-$22 hourly) - On-Call As Needed, On-Call Bonus ($100 per week of on-call) - Quarterly Bonuses! - Tuition reimbursement program - Power tool and Tool reimbursement program - Paid Time Off - Holiday Paid Time Off - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Life and Disability Insurance - Housing Discounts A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
