amazing Roving Maintenance Technician opportunity available in

Pay : $28-$31/hr on-call & quarterly bonuses Schedule : M-F 8-5, on
call once every 3 weeks Responsible for a helping 5 properties! The

-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority -Turning
and making units ready in between tenant occupancy -Completing
repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry,
drywall, and HVAC -Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed -Assist in property
grounds maintenance and snow removal -Assist in trash removal and
cleanup onsite -Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call
system Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent -1 year
experience in the maintenance field preferred -Basic knowledge of
drywall, painting, and carpentry experience -Light plumbing and
electrical experience -Working knowledge of appliances to include
washers and dryers -Ability to physically demonstrate basic job
duties (completed during interview process) Benefits and
