**Job Description****Strategy and Business Development Analyst-
Internal Only**We are hiring a Strategy and Business Development
Analyst to join the GM Future Roads team. In this role you will
support the execution of the product's go-to-market strategy and
business development. You will collaborate with the Business Lead
working with B2G client engagements to launch paid pilots and
production ready subscriptions as well as partner relationships for
technical product execution. This is an exciting, high impact,
strategy and business development role with one of General Motors'
internal startups.Imagine. Invent. Implement. Your chance to shape

some travel to HQ, trade shows and customers.**Responsibilities
include:**+ Manage and lead the business case development and
supporting models to align strategic decisions and inform product
strategy+ Establish the framework for how GM Future Roads thinks
about partnerships including creation of necessary scope of works,
evaluation criteria, selection criteria and partnership
principles.+ Conduct research to refine and influence the
Go-To-Market strategy through a deep understanding of clients,
competitors and partners+ Source and socialize new projects and
opportunities (internal and external), championing the process
through negotiation, while maintaining the relationship through its
lifecycle.+ Build strong relationships with cross functional teams
leveraging your domain expertise and forward-looking vision to
identify new opportunities through existing & new partners,
increasing revenue.+ Partner with Product team to influence roadmap
development and prioritization+ Create and deliver compelling
presentations that get our internal and external partners excited

across functional boundaries (e.g. finance, purchasing, vehicle
development, legal) and build trust with customers, partners, and
other external stakeholders.+ **Invention** : recognize and
identify the key factors to create new businesses and growth

plan to make these businesses real (commercialization).+
**Communication and Relationship building** : ability to work with
all levels within General Motors globally and across functional
boundaries e.g. finance, purchasing, vehicle development, legal and

stakeholders.+ **Evangelize** : the skills to tell a synthesized
and engaging story based on insights and analyses. Build short,
clear PowerPoint decks and present quickly and clearly to key
decision-makers.**Ideal Qualifications:**+ 4 + years Demonstrated
experience in the following:+ Strategic consulting+ Business
Development+ Marketing+ Executing end-to-end contract negotiations+
Influencing decisions at the executive level+ Proven proficiency
crafting and presenting stories via power point+ Experience
gathering customer insights by applying human-centered Design
Thinking principles+ Understanding of Design thinking, Agile / Lean
methodologies+ Strong Excel skills+ Strong communicator**Preferred
Qualifications**+ Prior experience with government clients
especially Departments Of Transportations+ Prior experience in
consulting, investment banking or research firms+ Prior experience
working within a startup environment (strongly
preferred)**Bonus:**Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or
demonstrated experience in Civil Engineering.**Additional Job
Description**_Compensation:_+ The expected base compensation for
this role is: ($96,336-$141,060). Actual base compensation within
the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the
