Job Description:

We are looking for a highly-skilled, detail-oriented accounting coordinator who excels at multitasking. The accounting coordinator will assist the accounting manager. They will be responsible in supporting accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll, and bookkeeping. You should be analytical, collaborative, and trustworthy.To succeed as an accounting coordinator, you should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. You should be ethical, thorough, and attentive with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Accounting Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Assist with billing processing, including client invoices and payroll.Assist in preparing reports, audits, and resolving discrepancies.
• Receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibilityWorking with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report accounting data.Assisting with audits and identifying and resolving discrepancies.Act as a point of contact between internal departments and accounting, serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, including clients, and vendors.Using our CRM software and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all records are complete, updated, and accurate.Ensuring that company bills are paid, and debts are collected.
• Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill.
• Perform other job duties as assigned. Accounting Coordinator Requirements:
  • Prefer a degree in accounting, business, or related field.Experience in accounting, management, or relevant field may be required.Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and math skills.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency with computers and basic software such as Microsoft and Adobe.
  • High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking.Each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated.Required
